Pars azmaye teb warehouse unit is trying to become more than just a warehouse. We are committed to a third-party logistics provider or “3PLs” that offers a wide range of services and functions.
Pars Azmaye Teb Warehouse Management Unit also offers other non-storage options in addition to packaging, palletizing and labeling. Advanced processes are being implemented in Pars Azmaye teb’s new warehousing system, including Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) , Transportation Management Systems (TMS(, Pick-to-Light Technology, Audio Receiving and Packaging (Voice-activated Receiving and Packaging). Warehouse Security & Protection
Safeguarding the items for safety during warehousing according to the warehousing principles (FIF0-2B1N-ABC) is one of the important tasks of our warehouses that increase the security of storage in the warehouse with respect to the following items.
Laying out of goods in the shelf in a way that does not mix together.
Specification of quantity and quantity of goods on card. I Occasional control of goods through the warehouse card. I Protection and safety against any destroying agent.
Products are stored in Pars Azmaye Teb’s Raw-material warehouses using up-to-date technologies and modern equipment to store products in appropriate quantitative and Qualitative conditions in accordance with reference standards.
The air-conditioned warehouse of vitamins and enzymes is equipped with computer and barcode systems to execute the FIFO method.
In addition, thermocouples equipped with SIM cards are installed to control temperature and humidity, indicating any changes due to fluctuations in temperature and humidity in the system.
After Q.C inspectors confirmation, products are stored in product warehouses using FIFO method. Then they are loaded and shipped according to customer orders.
It is worth noting that the loading process is performed only with the presence of Q.C inspectors, in accordance with GMP standards and health care.
All goods and items available at Pars Azmaye teb are processed as per customer’s orders inside and outside the production complex and are controlled in accordance with single planning schedules.
