IQC composition & Manufacturing
The process of analysis and control of raw materials in
Terms of quality control and health control over materials and quantity. Combining is the most important step in process operation and final product quality determination.
Adding and mixing raw materials with high precision as well as using energy and water efficiently can minimize waste and save money.
Water Purification Process
Pars Azmaye Teb’s water treatment process uses advanced techniques such as reverse osmosis (RO) and EDI to remove ions and electrolytes and produce ultra-pure water.
After reverse osmosis processes, the electrical conductivity of the water is continuously monitored to ensure that the electrical conductivity of the water remains at the standard level (electrical conductivity below 4 µS cm-1).
It should be noted that according to the standards set by the European Union the electrical conductivity of water produced by a superconducting water generating unit should be about 1.5 µS cm-1.
Homogenizer Process
In order to crush solid samples into smaller dimensions, the solid sample is first placed with the metal orbs in the specimen container and placed on the main body of the homogenizer. After adjusting the oscillation intensity in the homogenizer (Hz) and the oscillation time, the specimen vessel is strongly moved, causing the solid sample and orbs to collide and become uniformly finer and more functional.
